Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming Broadway production of Lucy Prebble’s Enron, directed by Rupert Goold. The show, which stars the previously announced Norbert Leo Butz and Stephen Kunken, will begin performances on April 8 at the Broadhurst Theatre and open on April 27, 2010.
Joining Butz and Kunken are Noah Weisberg (South Pacific, Legally Blonde) Rightor Doyle (Knickerbocker at the Williamstown Theatre Festival), Ian Kahn (off-Broadway’s Still Life), January LaVoy (off-Broadway’s Coraline, Home and Two Trains Running) and child actors Mary Stewart Sullivan and Madisyn Shipman.
Inspired by real-life events and using music, dance and video, Enron explores one of the most infamous scandals in financial history.
Enron, was recently nominated for a 2010 Olivier Award for Best Play. It features scenic and costume design by Anthony Ward, lighting by Mark Henderson, music and sound by Adam Cork, video and projection by Jon Driscoll and choreography by Scott Ambler.
